When do we open for commissions? We open a few times a year, usually every 4 months. We will pin the date on the website and on our social media.

How can I order? Where can I find your pricing? We open a few times a year, it will always be posted on the main page. We tend to open every few months for 4 slots (full costumes only). We tend to make 2 designs available created by us and 2 slots remain open for designs sent in by the customer. Getting a quote has changed, we are no longer providing quotes. We have an offer based system in place. When we open we will have an offer form, you send in what you are willing to pay and we pick from the offers sent. Since our spots are limited we pick the designs that we believe fit our style the best. None of our slots are first come first serve, we usually stay open for a day or 2 and pick fom the submissions sent in. As always if you have any questions about the way we run offers/open for slots be sure to email us at mixedcandyorders@gmail.com

How do you take care of the costume?Fursuit Care A quick guide on how to care for your Fursuit Heads: Head cleaning can be done by spraying or wiping the inside with antimicrobial spray or alcohol based wet wipes. Please allow the head to be completely dry before storing after cleaning. Avoid alcohol sprays on the outside of the costume head as it can fade the paint on the eyes or the airbrushing itself. Please do not submerge in water and do not put them in the washing machine. Never place a head in a dryer. Body: Bodies can be machine washed, cold water, delicate. Never use bleach only use color safe detergent. You can use softener but it's not a necessity. Bodies should always be air dried in front of a fan (fan will help speed the process). Never place them in a dryer or use heat as it will burn the fabric. If your body is heavily airbrushed , flip the body inside out and hand wash in a tub with laundry detergent (cold water only). This will help keep the airbrushing on the fur for longer. Hang the body to dry in front of a fan. Feet/Hand Paws: Both can be machine washed on delicate, cold water and air dried. Never place in the dryer. To avoid the claws getting scratched or chipped put the paws in pillow cases or a bag that can be washed to avoid it affecting the claws. Do not use bleach or place in the dryer. Tail: Machine washed, cold, no bleach, color safe detergent and air dry. Stains: We use Folex to remove stains on fursuits. Take in mind Folex is a really strong carpet cleaner and will remove any and most airbrushing as well. If you are wanting to clean an area please be careful when spraying the affected area and read the instructions on how to properly use it. If you have any questions please email us directly at mixedcandyorders@gmail.com
